Soenen is market leader in punching installations for U-shaped profiles for truck chassis manufacturing! All leading truck manufacturers are punching holes with Soenen punching lines.
Our line is designed for punching holes in plates or profiles with constant or variable sections. One or multiple punching units are setup in line to punch simultaneously holes on different locations of the plates or profiles.
Different punches with different diameters can be mounted and an integrated punch selection system selects the necessary punches in order to punch holes with different diameters on different locations.
While transporting profiles completely automatically through the line, before punching each hole, an online measurement system is installed to obtain excellent position accuracy of the punched holes.
