Loading of SOENEN 500T press. - December 2008
The 500T press for FRUNZE, our brand new customer, was accepted successfully several weeks ago. After dismantling, repainting and packing all components in sealed wooden boxes the press is ready for transportation to Ukraine.
The press frame has a weight of approximately 60T and required a special transpotation vehicle. Lifting and loading of this beauty is quite spectacular… as you can see on the pictures.
FRUNZE ordered a 500T perforating press for coils up to 1250 mm and sheets up to 1500 mm. Press speed up to 300 strokes per minute, feeding rolls at entry and exit side driven by 2 servo's, manual table adjustment, a movable stripper, 3 position gag bars, a 10T decoiler and a hydraulic shear.
