Quickst@ck TURBO

The BASIC Quickst@ck can handle sections up to 30 kg per meter, a maxium section width up to 600 mm and a cycle time of 6 seconds per section.

The Quickst@ck TURBO is designed for HIGH SPEED roll forming lines or tube mills who require ULTRA FAST stacking operations. This system guarantees cycle times up to 2 seconds per section!

Both systems have EQUAL working principles: A digital image is taken from each section and software determines realtime orientation. A coordinate system is passed to the PLC and this enables to lift and stack in random positions.
