Second hand expanded metal press

Soenen has acquired an expanded metal press from Spain. The equipment has been disassembled by Soenen engineers and is kept in storage at Soenen. This expanded metal press will undergo a complete electrical overhaul. At the same time we will perform a full inspection and replace the items identified as faulty or worn.

Upon completion of this retrofit you will be able to enjoy a fully remanufactured machine including 12 months of factory warranty. Additionally, expanded metal tooling has be recuperated for this machine, which upon request can be offered as well.

This expanded metal press has a maximum pressing force of 60Ton at maximum 600SPM (strokes per minute). It is capable of performing coil-to-coil and coil-to-sheet. The maximum sheet width is 1,500mm and it can cover a thickness range from 0.5mm to 4mm. The maximum cross displacement of the top knife is 40mm.
