Track & Trace
The Soenen track & trace system is designed to be implemented at the beginning of the production cycle of a long member, after roll-forming and prior to or after punching. Alternative inline or offline implementation locations can be considered as well. A good understanding of the entire production flow is mandatory to decide the best course of action.
The system prints & labels each side member with a unique barcode. The barcode number and the scanning of it, is linked to the production master data of the customers factory. Scanning of the barcode can be done at multiple locations in the factory, prior to shot blasting.
The method of applying the barcode sticker and its location has been carefully selected to remain scannable throughout the entire production process prior to shotblasting.
