2D Punching line for blanks
The 2D Punching line is designed for punching blanks or sheets that are manufactured either by (a) a cut-to-length line or (b) a press-line. The blanks can be presented as a constant section and/or a variable section. The holes that are punched can be missing holes or entire hole patterns needed for the assembly of a truck chassis.
A measuring system can be integrated to determine a reference line, by measuring the reference holes generated by a previous fabrication step. The loading and unloading can be fully automated. This production automation is tailored in accordance with the internal logistics and production flow requirements of the customer.
All 2D punching lines for blanks are adapted to handle the product range specified by the customer. By doing so, we are able to maximize the production flexibility when compared to a conventional pressing line.
